FOTP/CMC provides comprehensive housing and support services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our programs range from emergency shelter to permanent housing solutions.
FOTP/CMC operates two Single Room Occupancy Units (SROs) with 4 units in one and 13 units in the other. The SROs are meant to be transitional housing for single women able to live independently with little case management.

– Oversight by a dedicated case manager
A specialized subset of the SRO program, the Prison Program offers women exiting prison with no home plan six months of housing in an SRO and comprehensive case management.

The PSH Individuals program serves chronically homeless individuals (as determined by HUD – 12 months or more of documented homelessness in the last 36 months) where the head of household has a disabling condition that prevents them from obtaining and maintaining housing without supportive services. Individuals enter from a Chronic Homeless list according to need, maintained by the Continuum of Care

– Operational support including food, furniture, household items, transportation, and education
